Our purpose built 750m² factory boasts the ability to cut and profile 100,000m² brick slips per annum. That’s circa 120 thousand slips per week, equalling 6 million slips per year.

With dedicated corner profiling machines and five man powered clipper saws our facilities are ready to deliver your slip requirements.

“Specials” (or non-standard shaped bricks) are designed and manufactured to perform specific functions or achieve particular aesthetic details that standard rectangular bricks cannot. Talk to us about your requirements.
Contact UsOur measuring machines ensure that the extra-tight tolerances required for slips are met. Full-sized bricks are pre-measured before cutting and if they fall short of standards, the brick goes back into stock rotation for use on traditional builds.
It is standard practice to get two facing slips from one brick – the waste product from the middle is recycled at an aggregate depot one mile from the factory HQ. This is crushed and then used as hardcore for building and infrastructure projects nationwide.
Our new, state of the art production factory is fully equipped with heat source pumps, electric forklifts and a Latham’s filter press, which enables us to recycle our water supply on site.
